Marijuana is Much Safer than Tobacco and Alcohol

Marijuana is much safer than tobacco and alcohol as this infographic shows.  But the government claims it is unsafe and lists it as a Schedule 1 drug, along with heroin and LSD.  When will lawmakers learn that marijuana is not similar to heroin or LSD?  When will they legalize this beneficial substance!?
